Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ROCH Engine platform ("Service") operated by ROCH Engine ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ROCH Engine is an AI-powered image upscaling platform. Users upload images, select a processing mode, and receive enhanced high-resolution output. Processing is performed on dedicated GPU hardware using proprietary AI workflows.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Credits & Payments

  • The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each processing job consumes a specified number of credits depending on the mode selected.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire.
  • Subscriptions provide a monthly credit allocation. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Credits are non-refundable except in the case of failed processing jobs, where credits are automatically returned to your balance.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Upload content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this will result in immediate account termination and law enforcement referral
  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or workflows
  • Overload or disrupt the Service through automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service attempts
  • Resell access to the Service without prior written authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain full ownership of all images you upload and all output images generated by the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may use output images for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution.

Our service. The ROCH Engine platform, including its AI models, workflows, user interface, and branding, is our proprietary property and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROCH Engine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that results will be accurate, or that the Service will be error-free.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
